Gihan Awad brings over a decade of real estate experience to Nordsides.com as a trusted advisor and fractional investment specialist. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (Lic. #3251847) and active investor, Gihan has successfully guided clients through more than $21 million in transactions across residential, vacation, and investment properties. Her deep market knowledge in Central Florida—including Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, and Celebration—makes her a go-to expert for both local and international investors. She is known for her honest, client-first approach and ability to simplify even the most complex real estate processes. At Nordsides, Gihan helps democratize real estate by bringing her traditional brokerage expertise to the modern world of fractional ownership. She works closely with investors to evaluate properties, manage due diligence, and ensure every deal delivers long-term value and transparency. Certifications: ABR®, CIPS®, GRI®, SRS®, AHWD®, BPO. Specialties: Investment properties, second homes, 1031 exchanges, short-term rentals, and fractional real estate.
